Curt, as one of the partners of Pillar Construction Group, brings over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, plumbing, and large-scale renovation work. His career began in the trades, where he developed a deep understanding of how buildings are built, maintained, and optimized—knowledge that now drives every project under Pillar’s direction, from interior fit-outs to full scale build outs.

As an experienced industrial real estate investor, Curt specializes in acquiring and repositioning warehouse and flex properties in high-demand markets. His investment approach is value-driven and vertically integrated: every asset acquired is improved in-house through targeted construction upgrades designed to increase efficiency, functionality, and long-term value.

Curt personally oversees all aspects of the portfolio—from deal sourcing and to construction, leasing, compliance, and tenant relations. This hands-on, full-cycle approach enables him to uncover hidden potential in underutilized properties, maintain tight control over cost and quality, and deliver stable, long-term returns across a growing industrial portfolio.
