Spencer Pascal

Spencer Pascal is a Principal at Commerce Park Investors and the owner of Commerce Park Ventures. Born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey, Spencer attended high school in Harlingen, Texas, and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analysis.

Spencer began working alongside his father, Roy Pascal, in 2018. His first contribution to Commerce Park Investors was leading its rebranding and restructuring, helping evolve the company into the dynamic, multi-level investment and development firm it is today.

That same year, Roy introduced Spencer to the industrial real estate world, where Spencer acquired his first industrial building in Roxbury, New Jersey. Since then, he has renovated and developed a multitude of commercial properties, continually pushing boundaries in the industrial sector.

In addition to founding Commerce Park Ventures, Spencer has gone on to launch three more companies:

• A syndication firm also called Commerce Park Ventures, focused on real estate investment opportunities
• A construction company, Pillar Construction Group, specializing in industrial and commercial build-outs
• PascalZone, an education and business transformation platform that helps entrepreneurs scale with fewer rules, stronger systems, and financial discipline
